The voice of Marillion, Steve Hogarth (H), doing his magic with just a keyboard and a laptop... One of the tricks he had up his sleeve involved a bottle of Zwarte Kip advocaat. During the 2025 Marillion Weekend in Utrecht Steve complained that he couldn't find a store where they sold it. He said he desperately needed it to make "Snowballs" for Christmas… “You Dutchies invented this stuff, right?”… Ofcourse the cunning plan worked out perfectly, the Front Row Club came to the rescue and put at least 3 bottles on stage the following night… On my request, Steve performed Al Stewart's "Roads To Moscow" for us during this intimate (but slightly chaotic) show and everyone agreed that he deserved to win every single snowball-fight he’d engage in in the future… Thanks very much Steve!
